Face Covering Recommended
For the safety and protection of our customers and staff, a face covering is recommended to be worn in indoor public areas and public vehicles.

Contactless Service Drop-Off & Pickup
1. Leave your vehicle outside and the keys in a secure drop box if you don't wish to enter the dealership.
2. If you choose to use the key drop box, please call us ahead of your appointment.

Health and Safety Officer - A dedicated employee has been assigned at all dealerships, responsible for reporting and guidance to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and staff health safety practices.

In-Store Community Safety Information - Community safety communications plan in all dealerships, including any available posters or material outlining hand-washing techniques, prevention and best practices. We will also make this available on company websites and social media.

Sanitation Plan - Increased sanitation of all high-traffic area touch points within all dealerships multiple times a day, plus professional cleaning service during peak times and for nightly cleaning.

Loaners and Test-Drive Vehicle Preparation - Ensure all hard and soft surfaces inside service loaners and test-drive vehicles are vacuumed and wiped down each time a guest or staff associate uses a vehicle.

Service Work Preparation - Guest vehicles for service in dealerships are outfitted with seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work, plus all technicians and wash attendants are required to wear disposable gloves to work on vehicles. Steering wheels and gear shift levers to be cleaned following service.

Test Drives and Valet Service - Increased out-of-dealership test drives to be offered. Vehicle maintenance valet pickup service to be considered where possible, providing sufficient employee resources are available. This service is offered within the dealership's immediate market area.

Sanitizer Locations - Additional hand sanitizer dispensers and locations in all dealerships for guests and staff associates to sanitize hands throughout the day.

Hand Etiquette - Dealership employees are to practice frequent hand washing and refrain from hand shaking.

Physical Distancing - Installed plexiglass barriers at all of our Service, Reception Counters and Public Offices will be maintained. Physical Distancing will be practiced wherever possible when interacting with our customers.
